What People Say about One Production PlaceNeal and I have worked on two projects, in 2009 and 2010. The first took a personal look at New York State's former Chief Judge Judith Kaye through interviews with colleagues and family. The second was commissioned to describe the work and purpose of our organization. Neal accomplished both films with great success. The films were intelligently organized and sensitively filmed. I worked with Neal on all phases of both films and found him to approach the tasks with intelligence and good perception about how to develop the project, what to emphasize, and in eliciting meaningful interviews from the participants. Also, and very importantly, Neal never lost sight of the many details necessary to get the job done. The films are professional, fast-paced, with good integration of graphics and sound. I highly recommend Neal and his team. Each project that Broffman has undertaken for the High Museum has been skillfully crafted and beautifully executed. His skills in the field are highly developed and his ability to edit and shape the final product is second to none. Neal Broffman and his company, One Production Place produced the short film that accompanies this book and the exhibition. He used consummate technical skill and artistic ability in putting together a great array of material into a concise and engaging piece. The pleasure of working with him was exceeded only by the result. One Production Place came through in a big way for IJM and those we serve-developing a rough idea into a world-class documentary that is motivating thousands to action. In working with Neal, you quickly learn that you're working with the best-someone who is highly professional, easy to work with, incredibly talented, efficient, honest and 100% reliable. To operate at the highest professional level as IJM strives to do, we absolutely depend on those who can meet the highest standards and I very much look forward to our next project together. Neal Broffman helped us promote our program by capturing the impact and success of business-to-business mentoring and by showcasing the essence of building successful relationships through video production. Along with his talent and creative eye for the camera, Neal was prompt, friendly and engaging which put people at ease as they were being taped. One Production Place has allowed us to share the mentoring experience of small and large corporations selected in the 2009 Mentor Protégé Connection and customize the footage to use as a promotional tool for those interested in joining the program. When the Chattahoochee Nature Center was challenged with our first major capital campaign, we immediately realized that we would need a brief and informative video that would help persuade individuals and foundations to support our cause. Neal Broffman of One Production Place spent the necessary time getting to know and understand our cause, asked the key questions that helped us focus on the story we had to communicate, and then worked within our budget to create a persuasive and impactful 15-minute video that was extremely instrumental in helping us reach our fund raising goal. |
